Not all packages arrive at the same time. The main thing to remember is that we choose the fastest carrier for each product according to its type. Therefore, it is possible that each product has a different carrier and that you receive your products in separate deliveries.
We will, however, try and ensure all parts of your order are delivered together where possible.
We suggest you track your parcels via the tracking link that was sent to you by email and that you can also find on your customer account by clicking on "follow my parcel".
