We dispatch orders within 48 hours of the order being placed. All orders will receive a dispatch confirmation with a tracking link if the email address linked to the order is valid.
If 48 hours have passed:
Are you sure the product is currently in stock? Could it be a pre-order item? Shipping times are extended if the item was available to pre-order. Your expected delivery date will be stated in your order confirmation email and in your account.
Your order would only take more than 48 hours to be dispatched in extraordinary circumstances. However the delivery ETA in your order confirmation and in your account is the best guide for when you will receive your order. If there is any change to your delivery ETA we will let you know in advance.
If the dates stated in your delivery promise have already passed and it has been five working days since you placed your order, please let us know as soon as possible so that we can investigate and resolve this for you.
How can I tell if you have stock of an item?
In stock: Great, the product is available. You can order it today!
Pre-order: You can order the product but delivery will be delayed as we are waiting for the stock to arrive. You will find the expected delivery date stated on the product listing. .
Not available: We have no stock for this product at the moment. You can provide your email address in the dedicated field in order to be informed via email as soon as the product is available again on our site.
