This depends if the order has already left our warehouse or not.

We encourage you to complete our Contact form and request to cancel your order.
Once we receive this, we will cancel your order and issue you your refund.
I have already received my shipping confirmation:
We're sorry, your order is already with the carrier and it is no longer possible to cancel it.
Once you have received the product, you can return it under the terms of our 14 day returns policy.
You can arrange the return with a carrier of your choice, or request that we arrange a collection for you. This would incur a deduction of 20% or a minimum charge of £20 from the total amount refunded.
