Once we receive this, we will cancel your order and issue you your refund.
I have already received my shipping confirmation:
We're sorry, your order is already with the carrier and it is no longer possible to cancel it.
Once you have received the product, you can return it under the terms of our 14 day returns policy.
You can arrange the return with a carrier of your choice, or request that we arrange a collection for you. This would incur a deduction of 10% or a minimum charge of £10 from the total amount refunded.

In some cases, if you refuse the delivery, the carrier may be able to return the goods to our warehouse. If the driver is able to do this, please complete the form below, so we can advise our warehouse teams to keep an eye out for your return.
