Unfortunately it's not possible for us to change your delivery address once the package has been shipped.
In order to avoid any return of the order and possible additional costs for a second delivery, we encourage you to arrange for someone to be present at the address for delivery.
We also advise you to contact the carrier directly, as they will be able to inform you more effectively, but we will of course remain available if you have any questions.
If we are able to change your delivery address once our delivery partner has your order, please note that this will incur a delay and the original delivery promise will no longer apply. There will also be a charge of £25 to pay if you selected Standard, Express or Saturday delivery, or £50 if you selected Two Person Nominated Day, Two Person Express or Two Person Saturday delivery.
