Your payment has been refused:
If your credit card payment is refused, contact your bank. This may be due to the limits of your credit card. You can also pay by bank transfer.
When paying via bank transfer, the order processing time will be slightly longer (as we wait the for the payment receipt from our bank).
You have not received the order confirmation:
First of all, check if the order confirmation email landed in your spam folder. If it's not hiding there, check that you have entered your email address correctly when creating your customer account.
If you have chosen to pay by credit card, your payment has probably not been processed. We recommend you check if your bank account has been debited.
Payment being verified with financial institution:
Our anti-fraud system sometimes requires manual validation. You will then be asked to provide proof of payment in order to validate your order.

Discount code is ineffective:
If your discount code is ineffective when you use it in your shopping cart, or if your commercial offer does not apply, check:
- The expiration date of the discount code, communicated by email or on the site.
- The conditions of application of the offer, detailed on the newsletter received or on the site.
- Remember to click on "Recalculate" after entering your discount code.
- Refreshing your page.
