All of our specialist two-person home delivery partners will reach out to you by both text message and email to book a delivery date that is convenient for you, if you select any of the delivery families Two-Person Nominated Day, Two-Person Express or Two-Person Saturday.
If the courier doesn't receive a reply from you, your order will be placed on hold. Please note that if Alice's Garden or our delivery partners do not hear from you within 7 days of the date of the initial booking contact, additional charges will apply for rearranging the delivery.
Please note our delivery partners can hold orders for a maximum of 14 days before they are cancelled and returned.
Please note that if your delivery has been booked, an additional fee of £50 will apply for any failed deliveries that need to be rebooked if you selected Two-Person Nominated Day, Two-Person Express or Two-Person Saturday as your delivery method of choice. Alice's Garden and our delivery partners go to great lengths to ensure that enough communication is provided in advance about your delivery slot and unfortunately we cannot assume the cost if the delivery fails!
